1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and fa99918 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). • You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fa99918 will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. 3 Account Obligations

In the event of any change to your name, address, email address, or mobile phone number, you must update your account details promptly by contacting support. fa99918 may require supporting documentation to validate any changes to key account information.

• You must not allow any third party to use your account, including family members and friends.
• You must not use another player's account, whether or not that player has given their consent.
• You must not attempt to transfer funds, account balances, or bonuses between fa99918 accounts.
• You must access the Platform only through the official fa99918 website or officially distributed mobile applications. Access through unauthorised third-party software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
• You must keep your device and internet connection secure when accessing your account. fa99918 recommends using a private, password-protected network connection, particularly when conducting financial transactions.

fa99918 reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews to verify compliance with these obligations. During any such review, your account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review. fa99918 will endeavour to complete reviews and communicate outcomes in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fa99918 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively via the payment methods currently available on the Platform, which include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. fa99918 does not accept deposits made using payment methods not listed in the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your fa99918 account wallet promptly following confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and network conditions. fa99918 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, mobile financial service networks, or telecommunications infrastructure.

5 Bonus & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

By opting into any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the applicable terms in full. fa99918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa99918 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, forfeiture of bonus balances, and where applicable, recovery of funds obtained through prohibited means. In serious cases, fa99918 may also pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing or attempting to access any account that does not belong to you.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or pricing error to obtain an advantage not intended by fa99918 or its game providers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) in relation to deposits made to fa99918.
• Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus funds.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fa99918 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Players may request the closure of their fa99918 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@fa99918. Upon receiving a closure request, fa99918 will process any outstanding withdrawal of real money balances to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active fraud or compliance investigation.

fa99918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account represents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to fa99918.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed by fa99918 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances that are not subject to forfeiture as a result of the breach will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

In the event of a self-exclusion request, fa99918 will close the account promptly and return any remaining real money balance to the player's verified payment method. Self-excluded players may not re-register on the Platform during the duration of their self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the immediate closure of the new account.
